BLU Apartments are across the street from Bellevue Downtown Park, near Meydenbauer Bay. These luxury apartments will have two retail areas, loft-style units at both street level and roof level, a lounge and rooftop amenity spaces. OWP is responsible for design and installation of all plumbing systems including a high-efficiency central hot water heating room, re-circulating hot water system and duplex water pressure booster pump.
