Crown Hill apartments are located along busy 15th Ave NW and contains three levels of wood framed units over one level of concrete parking, retail and lobby spaces. OWP was responsible for design and installation of all plumbing systems including a high-efficiency central hot water heating room and re-circulating hot water system.
