Lightbox Apartments is located in the University District of Seattle. One Way Plumbing was responsible for design and installation of all plumbing systems including dual high-efficiency boilers with storage tank, re-circulating hot water system and duplex water pressure booster pump. It had five levels of wood framing over three levels of concrete structure.
