Notch Apartments are located just down the street from Newcastle Golf Course and has five levels of wood framed units and amenity spaces over a single level of concrete parking structure with lobby. One Way Plumbing was responsible for installation of all plumbing systems, including a methane vent system to relieve contaminated soil vapors into the atmosphere. The project also includes a booster pump for the domestic water system, and individual electric water heaters in each unit.
